For security and compatibility with our upgraded system, all users will need to reset their passwords when the new site goes live.

Q: Will my previous account details still be available?

 Yes, many account details will transfer over, including your email, username, name, billing, and shipping addresses. However, your phone number may not be brought over. After resetting your password, you’ll regain access to your account.

Q: What about my order history?

Your order data, including order numbers, items, quantities, prices, and shipping information, will also carry over. You’ll still be able to view your past orders and their details on the new site.

Q: What if I can’t find my account or order information after the update?

If you encounter any issues, our customer support team is ready to assist. Contact us for help in accessing your account or order details.

Q: Will there be any interruption in service when the new site goes live?
A: Yes, when we push the new site live, there will be a brief disruption in website availability. This downtime is expected to last about an hour. We do not have a scheduled date or time yet, but we will provide updates as soon as we do.
